Wait-Time-to-Entertainment Ratio

Imagine you have one bag of coins. The bag is your day at DisneySea — 12 hours, and when the coins run out, you go home.
Every ride costs coins. Not money coins — time coins. Standing in a queue? That's spending coins. Watching a show you don't like? Coins gone. Walking to a ride? Coins.
The question is: which rides gave you the most fun for the fewest coins?
That's the Witter Score.
Every ride gets scored on three things:
1. How much did it move you? (0-10)
Not just "was it fun?" — did it change how you felt?
Think about the train ride. You got on. You got off. You felt exactly the same. That's a zero.
Now think about Journey to the Center of the Earth. Your heart was racing. You screamed. Maybe you were scared — but scared means something happened to you. Being scared on a ride IS the fun, even if it doesn't feel like it at the time. That's a high score.
A 10 is when you walk off and say "I want to do that again right now." Goosebumps. Can't stop talking about it.
2. How long was the queue? (minutes)
This is the longest the queue got today — not how long YOU waited (you might have got lucky). We use the longest because it shows the ride's true price.
Frozen's queue today was 3 hours. That's HALF your morning. Just standing. Not riding — standing.
3. Could you understand the story? (1-5)
Some rides tell stories in Japanese. If you can't understand what's happening, the ride is less magical. Soaring doesn't need any words — you just fly. That's a 5. Turtle Talk is entirely in Japanese — that's a 1.
Here's where it gets interesting.
Most people say Frozen is the "best ride." But watch what happens when we do the maths:
Enjoyment: 9 out of 10 (amazing!)
Queue today: 180 minutes (3 hours!)
Ride lasts: 6.5 minutes
For every 1 minute of fun, you waited 28 minutes standing still.
Enjoyment: 8 out of 10 (beautiful!)
Queue today: 5 minutes (walk straight on)
Ride lasts: 10 minutes
For every 1 minute of fun, you waited half a minute.
Does that mean Frozen is bad? No! Frozen is amazing. But 3 hours of standing in a queue to ride it? That's a bad deal. You could have ridden Sindbad, Peter Pan, 20,000 Leagues, AND had a gyoza dog in the same time.
Remember the Halloween Greeting show? There was no queue — but you still lost time. You stood there for 10 minutes watching something you didn't enjoy, and then you left. Those 10 minutes could have been a ride.
Free doesn't mean it costs nothing. It still cost you time coins.
The Witter Score catches this. If something took your time and didn't move you, it scores badly — even if the queue was zero.
They almost never will, because the maths uses actual minutes (not round numbers). But if they're really close:
Gun to your head — you can only ride ONE of them ever again. Which one do you pick?
That's the tiebreaker. After all the maths, your gut gets the final vote.
